Dear Readers,

It's me once again! Writing to you from the heart of Mexico City.

Outside my Airbnb loft in Mexico City

I have some exciting news to share with you today. Especially for those who have been following the Night and Luna saga over the last few months.

I'm happy to say that my girlfriend Jesa finally received her much-needed CFO counseling certificate last week. Which means, Jesa will be on a flight from Manila, Philippines to San Jose, Costa Rica come this Friday.

You have no idea how relieved and excited we both are. It was a long wait, but we never gave up hope. We knew one day, which is now coming soon for us both, that we'd see each other.

According to Jesa's counselor, her case was the fastest of a Filipino-foreigner couple to ever get approved in CFO's history. In fact, the counselor told her at one point, that it can take a full year over multiple interviews and sessions to receive approval.

But we did it in only 3 months. Almost to the day we started the process.

So, with that said, this will be my last update from Mexico, as I'm headed back in advance on Thursday.

We'll be renting a beautiful two-story house in the hills of Aserri, Costa Rica. And guess what? The place is so fitting. Because the Airbnb listing calls it…

CASA LUNA

Jesa and I have a lot of things planned for our future and the Night and Luna brand. But most importantly, we finally have our chance to be in the same country, in the same city, and the same house—at the same time.

No more time zone differences. No more video calls. Just my bebe and I. Alone together. In our own little paradise.

The other exciting news is that we’ll be getting married in July.

And the next time you hear from me, Jesa will be with me. Who knows? Maybe I'll even let her write a future newsletter update.

Lastly, thank you for all your support these last few months. Your comments and kind words gave Jesa and I the encouragement we needed to keep a positive mindset.

Yours truly,
Alex

P.S. Tomorrow, I'm going to be sending out an email about my new book, She: A Love Story Told In Verse. You definitely don’t want to miss it! Because I have a special gift for you—my loyal reader.
